Coach and enable hiring managers on best-practice recruitment, assessment techniques, and decision-making.

Optimising recruitment processes

Optimise recruitment processes to improve speed, efficiency, and quality of hire.

Skills you'll need

Recruitment experience

Minimum 5+ years recruitment experience, ideally already in a Talent Acquisition Lead or similar job.

Stakeholder management

Experience managing senior stakeholders and influencing at all levels.
