You'll be responsible for

Partnering closely with the business to attract, engage, and place General Practitioners into Bupa Medical Services.

Delivering a seamless placement process

Managing the end-to-end placement process to support both immediate needs and longer-term planning for GPs.

Strengthening relationships with GPs

Building and maintaining strong relationships with General Practitioners to enhance their experience and Bupa's reputation.
