Leading and managing the recruitment process to ensure maximum engagement and efficiency.

Coordinating recruitment activities

Coordinating recruitment activities in support of the national talent acquisition plan.

Preparing reports

Preparing and maintaining reports relating to recruitment activities on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis as required.

Skills you'll need

Recruitment experience

Strong recruitment experience working within a blue collar environment or aviation will be highly regarded.

Organisational skills

Strong organisational and time management skills to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.

Communication skills

Well-developed effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to handle high volumes of candidates.
