You'll be responsible for

Managing end-to-end recruitment

Overseeing the entire recruitment process for high-volume campaigns, including screening, assessing, and coordinating large-scale assessment centres.

Facilitating interviews and assessment days

Conducting engaging recruitment days nationwide, showcasing Virgin Values and representing the brand with confidence.
👥

Building relationships with hiring managers

Collaborating with hiring managers on workforce planning to meet operational needs and attract top talent.

Skills you'll need

📈

High-volume recruitment experience

Experience in managing high-volume recruitment in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, ensuring effective talent acquisition.
🎤

Group facilitation and presentation skills

Strong presence and energy to facilitate group activities, presentations, and assessment days, engaging participants effectively.
