You'll be responsible for

Overseeing the recruitment process for Sales, Customer Experience, Support, and Marketing roles across the Australian business.

Building candidate pipelines

Creating and maintaining candidate pipelines through active sourcing, LinkedIn outreach, referrals, and job boards.

Coordinating interview processes

Facilitating interview processes to ensure a strong and consistent candidate experience.

Key criteria

📅

3+ years in talent acquisition

Demonstrated experience managing full-cycle recruitment processes.

Proven experience recruiting for sales and support functions.

Experience with ATS platforms
