Managing the talent funnel from role scoping, drafting job descriptions, advertising, screening, and nurturing individuals through the hiring process.🤝
Collaborating with hiring managers
Leading the initial stages of the hiring process by filtering applications and conducting screening calls across multiple roles.📝
Optimising the interview process
Identifying top talent by building situational, behavioral, culture, and values question banks.Key criteria

2+ years in talent acquisition
Proven experience in agency or internal talent acquisition roles.View
