Supporting talent attraction

Support the delivery of Grill’d’s Talent Attraction and Employer Brand strategy through engaging recruitment marketing campaigns, employee storytelling, onboarding experiences and talent initiatives that help attract and retain great people.

Coordinating onboarding

Support coordination of Support Office onboarding, recruitment marketing activities, talent content creation, recruitment systems administration and candidate communications, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates, hiring managers and new starters.
🤝

Partnering across the business

Work closely with Marketing, Creative, Hiring Managers, Restaurant Leaders and the broader People Team to deliver recruitment campaigns, onboarding programs, restaurant immersion experiences and employer brand initiatives.
