Responsible for the ongoing implementation and overarching case management responsibility of the Targeted Care Packages.

Skills to engage with the family members of the children and young people, work with families, and assist in the maintenance of appropriate family relationships.

Key criteria

📜

Diploma of Community Services or equivalent

Possession of relevant qualifications for effective service delivery.

Demonstrated experience supporting children and young people in care.

Knowledge of Child Protection Act

Understanding of legal and ethical guidelines for mandatory reporting.
