Managing daily operations
Manage the daily operations of the service as a Nominated Supervisor for a large 5 room preschool program, ensuring compliance with all legislative, regulatory and Council requirements.🌟
Providing leadership
Provide professional leadership and support to educators, modelling best practice and Council values.📚
Guiding curriculum planning
Fulfil the role of Educational Leader, guiding curriculum planning, documentation, assessment and reflective practice in line with EYLF/VEYLDF.Key criteria

Relevant degree and experience
Degree in early childhood development with 3+ years teaching experience.View

Leadership experience
Demonstrated leadership experience of at least 2 years.View
