The Team Administrator/Personal Assistant position at Aurecon is all about supporting the Queensland Water, Environment & Land Service Group Leader and the broader leadership team. This job is crucial in ensuring smooth operations and fostering collaboration within the team. You'll be responsible for

Managing diaries and inboxes

Tackling traditional PA tasks such as diary and inbox management, credit card reconciliations, meeting coordination, and minute taking.

Supporting leadership

Assisting the Queensland Water, Environment & Land Service Group Leader on daily activities and supporting the broader service group’s leadership team.

Coordinating events

Managing and coordinating events while bringing creativity and unconventional thinking to your work.
