You'll be responsible for

Coordinating schedules
Supporting the Halcyon Development team by coordinating diaries, travel, meetings and correspondence, ensuring priorities are clear and information is accurate and easy to access.📝
Preparing documents
Preparing reports, presentations and documents within required timeframes and helping organise events, workshops and development activities across Perth communities.🔧
Maintaining systems
Contributing to maintaining systems, procedures and a professional team environment, supporting smooth day-to-day operations.What we're looking for
