As a Team Lead Business Analysis, you will support the Senior Manager Business Analysis in managing and leading the RAC Business Analysis capability. This opportunity is all about adapting and applying standard business analysis practices to deliver real business value. You'll be responsible for

Leading analysis delivery

Leading the successful management and delivery of analysis for complex initiatives, including identifying, assessing, implementing, and embedding fit-for-purpose solutions.

Building stakeholder relationships

Liaising and collaborating with key stakeholders to grow trusted relationships that support alignment with strategic goals.

Encouraging collaboration

Encouraging networking, knowledge sharing, and collaboration across the Business Analyst community.
