About the job

As the Team Lead – Testing Services at the Reserve Bank of Australia, you will lead a high-performing team of testing professionals. This job is all about mentoring and developing your team while embedding quality assurance and a culture of continuous improvement across the testing function. Collaboration with other Team Leads and stakeholders is key to driving innovation and operational excellence, making a significant impact on the Bank’s technology landscape.

You'll be responsible for

🛠️

Leading test automation framework design

Lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of a centralized Enterprise Test Automation Framework (Java) integrated with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, Azure DevOps, Puppet).
👨‍🏫

Providing technical leadership

Provide technical leadership in automation architecture, tool selection, and framework enhancements using tools such as Selenium, Cucumber, JUnit, SoapUI, JMeter.
🌱

Mentoring and developing team members

Guide and mentor a team of 10–12 testing professionals, fostering a culture of continuous learning, innovation, and high performance.
