You'll be responsible for

Planning and allocation of work packages
Hold responsibility for the planning and allocation of work packages to the Track & Structures frontline team, tracking completed work and ensuring the quality of maintenance is to agreed standards.🧑🏫
Providing technical support
Provide frontline technical support, mentoring, and development of technical competency, and assist the Team Manager in driving KPIs and change initiatives.⚠️
Safety advice and support
Provide safety advice and support to the Work Groups, including coordination of defect management, while escalating any potential high-risk issues to the Team Manager.Key criteria

Level 3.1 competency or Certificate III
Assessment and competency in rail network maintenance is essential.View

Demonstrated leadership experience
