Leading the team
Lead the Mobile Assessment and Treatment Team (MATT) in delivering assertive outreach, crisis response, and home-based treatment for young people experiencing early psychosis.🔍
Overseeing clinical standards
Provide clinical and operational leadership, ensuring high-quality, recovery-oriented and trauma-informed care.🔗
Coordinating care pathways
Lead coordination with inpatient units, emergency departments, GPs, schools, and community services to ensure seamless care pathways.Key criteria

Approved tertiary qualifications
Possession of relevant qualifications and AHPRA membership is essential.View

5+ years mental health experience
Experience in youth mental health and early psychosis is highly valued.View
