You'll be responsible for

Performing activities associated with installing, diagnosing, maintaining, and servicing computer-related products, including desktop/laptop computers, printers, and peripherals.

Providing on-site support

Delivering on-site technical and operational support for key airport equipment and customer-facing technologies.

Ensuring client satisfaction

Meeting SLA requirements and ensuring client satisfaction in all interactions.
