About the job

This job involves installing, repairing, and providing technical maintenance for product and component hardware and software, primarily at customer premises. Ensuring systems operate as designed and are maintained or upgraded per requirements is crucial. Collaboration with technical colleagues is key to delivering timely and effective service, while managing scheduling, administration, and customer communication to ensure satisfaction with service delivery and product functionality.

Performs advanced maintenance on all products, including low-complexity installations.

Technical certification or degree

Possession of relevant technical certification or associate degree.
