You'll be responsible for

Coordinating technical aspects

Coordinate all technical aspects of the Araluen Cultural Precinct, including the operation of the Araluen Theatre.

Supervising and training staff

Supervise and train theatre technicians and staff to ensure high-quality performance.

Maintaining safety standards

Ensure that safety standards and procedures are maintained throughout all operations.

Skills you'll need

Technical expertise in production management

Share your technical expertise in production management & the operation of lighting, sound, AV & cinema equipment.
🗣️

Interpersonal and communication skills

Your highly developed interpersonal, communication and liaison skills will be best placed for dealing with a diverse range of internal and external clients and visitors.

Safety standards knowledge

Ensuring that safety standards and procedures, and good housekeeping standards are maintained is crucial for this job.
