You'll be responsible for

Technical service delivery handover
Working closely with IoT/MPN Solution Architects to ensure smooth technical handover of new customer solutions and solution changes for existing customers into Operations.đ
Owning operational service health
Monitoring the health and performance of TPGâs IoT & MPN customer solutions and addressing service health alerts.â ď¸
Fault and incident management
Providing 2nd level support in response to customer support requests/service faults raised through the IoT/MPN technical support channels.Key criteria

3+ years in IoT and MPN support
Proven experience in Enterprise IoT and MPN technical support.View
