You'll be responsible for

Overseeing the Production, Geotechnical, Ventilation, and Projects teams to ensure timely delivery of function outcomes.

Monitoring performance

Tracking daily performance of production and infrastructure projects, addressing trends or issues that may affect schedules.
🌱

Coaching and developing personnel

Providing supervision, mentoring, and regular appraisals to develop team members' skills and capabilities.

Underground production and planning experience

Proven experience in underground production and planning, particularly in narrow-vein mining.
