Diagnosing and resolving sophisticated, high-tier technical issues and platform escalations via various communication channels.

Conducting root-cause analysis

Systematically isolating complex system misconfigurations and log errors across hybrid and multi-cloud environments.

Collaborating with R&D

Working directly with global engineering and Product Management teams to provide structured bug reports and influence product development.

Technical support experience

4+ years in B2B enterprise software technical support.
