Developing documentation
Creating and maintaining a structured documentation library covering product, implementation, and operational processes across the EHR lifecycle.📝
Producing high-quality artefacts
Generating user guides, configuration guides, SOPs, process documentation, knowledge base articles, and release documentation.Key criteria

Technical writing experience (3-5 years)
Demonstrated experience in technical writing, preferably in healthcare.View
