You'll be responsible for

Achieving sales targets

Providing ongoing training, coaching, support, and feedback to the store’s Communication Team to meet sales and profitability targets.

Maintaining merchandising standards

Leading and ensuring the agreed communications department merchandising standards are upheld.

Ensuring compliance

Making sure all Communications Department activities meet compliance and legislative standards, with a focus on safety.
