Achieving sales targets
Providing ongoing training, coaching, support, and feedback to the store’s Communication Team to achieve sales and profitability targets, always putting the customer at the center.🛒
Maintaining merchandising standards
Leading and maintaining the agreed communications department merchandising standards to ensure a visually appealing shopping experience.✅
Ensuring compliance
Ensuring all Communications Department activities meet compliance and legislative standards, with a focus on safety and incident reporting.Key criteria

Proven retail experience
Demonstrated experience in retail environments, especially in Telco.View
