The Housing Services Officer job is all about providing essential support to individuals and families seeking housing assistance. This role plays a vital part in delivering client-centered services within the Department of Families, Fairness and Housing's housing program. You'll be responsible for

Assessing client's needs

Evaluating the needs of clients and providing tailored advice on housing options based on established policies and procedures.

Preparing routine cases

Compiling and managing routine cases in accordance with well-established procedures, and representing the Department at the Victorian Civil Administrative Tribunal (VCAT).

Applying early intervention strategies

Implementing proactive strategies to sustain tenancies and support clients effectively.
