Developing and executing testing strategy
Develop and execute the end-to-end testing strategy across payroll, workforce management, people systems, integrations, reporting and data migration.🚀
Leading testing phases
Lead all phases of testing including system integration testing, user acceptance testing, payroll parallel testing, dress rehearsals and production readiness activities.🔄
Coordinating testing activities
Coordinate testing activities across business SMEs, payroll teams, technology teams, implementation partners and vendors.Key criteria
