You'll be responsible for

Overseeing the inbound and outbound logistics of customer tools for repair and servicing, ensuring smooth operations.

Managing tool receipts

Ensuring accurate processing of incoming tool receipts within service systems to maintain operational integrity.

Preparing shipments

Preparing and dispatching repaired tools to customers in a timely manner, enhancing customer satisfaction.
