You'll be responsible for

Acting as a rewards partner

Ensuring alignment with global total rewards strategy and sales market operational relevance across AUNZ.
🏆

Leading execution of rewards programs

Thinking compensation, benefits, mobility, and other specialist areas of global total rewards at the sales market level.

Supporting implementation and communication of pay structures

Overseeing annual rewards processes such as salary review, incentive planning, budgeting, and market benchmarking for the sales market.
