Supporting both ongoing and project-based activities across executive and global compensation, performance, recognition, and equity programs through analysis, reporting, and financial modelling.

Assisting with salary reviews

Providing support with the global annual salary reviews and incentive awards.

Collaborating with stakeholders

Collaborating cross-functionally with key stakeholders including HR, Finance, Tax, Payroll, and Company Secretariat to deliver cyclical remuneration-based activities.
