Overseeing the enterprise-wide reward, performance, and recognition strategy across Australia and New Zealand.

Designing remuneration frameworks

Owning the end-to-end design, governance, and delivery of remuneration, incentive, benefits, and recognition frameworks.

Advising executive leadership

Acting as a trusted adviser to the Board, Remuneration Committee, and Executive Leadership Team, providing strategic insights and analysis.

Proven experience designing enterprise-wide total reward frameworks.
