This job is all about leading the customer-facing delivery and fulfilment of activation programs for a world-leading premium drinks company. By ensuring high standards and timely execution of Joint Business Planning initiatives, you will play a crucial role in how brands are experienced globally. The team thrives on curiosity and collaboration, always looking ahead to innovate and reimagine brand strategies.

You'll be responsible for

Leading activation plans

Leading customer-facing build and refinement of activation plans, ensuring all activity is aligned to customer requirements and execution-ready.

Managing fulfilment

Owning end-to-end fulfilment and delivery of BTL activation activity, including management of fulfilment partners, ensuring all materials and assets are delivered on time, in full.

Developing Trade Activation Blueprint

Developing and owning the Trade Activation Blueprint, including tiered activation models and scalable toolkits for consistent execution across customers and channels.

Key criteria

📈

Experience in FMCG or Sales

2–5+ years in FMCG, Sales, or Customer Marketing.

Proven experience in activation fulfilment and POS deployment.
