Detail COGS models to track and identify margin improvements via better supplier terms.📦
Optimizing inventory
Provide analytics to assess inventory health, identify slow-moving stock, and optimize working capital per EDG strategy.📊
Developing financial reports
Develop reports and dashboards to increase transparency and accountability of financial outcomes related to supplier performance.Key criteria
