Retail experience in fresh food
Demonstrated experience in retail, ideally in fresh food sectors.View

Team leadership experience
Experience leading a team of 5+ members, ideally as a 2IC.View

Commercial acumen
Comfortable managing rosters, wage budgets, and sales margins.View
