You'll be responsible for

Designing training materials
Review, validate and update existing learning materials and deliver structured training using approved resources across face-to-face, virtual and blended environments.🏋️♂️
Delivering operational training
Facilitate on-site training across Queensland, including onboarding and role-based programs, with hands-on coaching in warehouse systems, operational processes, equipment use, and safety and compliance practices.🔄
Supporting implementation and change
Provide training and floor-based support through pre-go-live, go-live and post-implementation phases, reinforcing new systems, processes and behaviours.Key criteria

Certificate IV in Training and Assessment
Possession of relevant certification for workplace learning facilitation.View
📊
Experience with Learning Management Systems
Proven experience using LMS, preferably SuccessFactors.View
🏭
Background in warehouse management or supply chain
Strong knowledge of safety and compliance in operations.View
