Managing BAU renewals, renegotiations, acquisitions, and divestments to secure tenure across the client’s national property portfolio.🏆
Delivering results
Delivering optimum results in all leasing negotiations, meeting annual financial and qualitative targets.🔍
Overseeing transactions
Overseeing all in-flight transactions from critical dates through to executed documentation.Key criteria

Tertiary qualification in real estate or related field
