Overseeing BAU renewals, renegotiations, acquisitions, and divestments to secure tenure across the client’s national property portfolio.

Achieving optimum results in all leasing negotiations, meeting annual financial and qualitative targets.

Building relationships

Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with landlords, landowners, and key stakeholders.

Real estate license

Current Real Estate License or Certificate of Registration is essential.
