As a Transaction Manager – State Lead, you will deliver comprehensive real estate transaction management services for our Government Account portfolio. This job is all about leading critical property transactions while collaborating with high-profile government clients and stakeholders, ensuring a seamless service delivery that makes a real impact.

You'll be responsible for

🏢

Managing comprehensive lease events

Overseeing the end-to-end delivery of critical lease events, including negotiating new leases, renewals, licenses, and other use agreements across an allocated government property portfolio.
📈

Conducting market rent reviews

Leading market rent reviews in accordance with lease agreements and managing negotiations with multiple stakeholders, including clients, landlords, and valuers.
🤝

Building strong relationships

Establishing and maintaining strong connections with government clients, Strategic Property Advisors, landlords, and internal JLL teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

Key criteria

🏢

Property transaction experience

Minimum 4 years in property transactions with proven success.
