You'll be responsible for

Develop and implement comprehensive digital performance and measurement roadmaps, aligning with client OKRs and utilizing transformation tools and processes. Define measurable milestones and governance structures (e.g., QBRs, scorecards).

Establishing workflows

Establish and optimize RACI (Responsible, Accountable, Consulted, Informed) and workflows for hybrid team models, ensuring robust digital performance and measurement maturity.

Leading data projects

Lead the coordination of data and technology projects across client business units, ensuring alignment with business cases, data governance, and effective senior stakeholder communication.
