You'll be responsible for

🌍

Owning travel coordination

Managing all international and domestic travel bookings for the IMC Sydney office, ensuring compliance with policies.
🔄

Managing travel changes and queries

Acting as the escalation point for staff and programme participants regarding travel changes, cancellations, and queries.
🤝

Liaising with travel vendors

Negotiating preferable rates and terms with travel vendors, working in partnership with Procurement as needed.

Corporate travel coordination experience

Proven experience in corporate travel coordination or agency roles.
