You'll be responsible for

Handling travel bookings
Manage all bookings for flights, accommodation, and hire cars using approved systems and preferred suppliers, ensuring compliance with UGL policy.🧾
Reviewing travel invoices
Promptly review and approve travel-related invoices, implementing cost-effective alternatives when necessary.📊
Providing administrative support
Deliver general admin support, manage rosters, and prepare reports as required, assisting with mobilisation procedures and site admin support as needed.Key criteria
