Building relationships with customers

Connecting with clients face-to-face and online to manage their travel needs.

Facilitating travel bookings and payments

Ensuring smooth transactions between travellers and suppliers using GDS systems.

Retail travel agency experience

Demonstrated experience in a retail travel agency setting.

Certificate 3 in Travel or higher

Possession of relevant travel certification preferred.
