Promoting holiday packages, flights, hotels, cruises, tours, experiences, and travel insurance to customers.

Building customer relationships

Building relationships with customers face-to-face and online, managing inquiries, quotes, itineraries, amendments, and cancellations.

Facilitating travel bookings

Facilitating domestic and international travel bookings and payments between travellers and suppliers using Amadeus GDS.

Key criteria

✈️

Retail travel sales agency experience

Proven experience in a retail travel sales environment.

Certificate 3 in Travel or higher

Possession of relevant travel industry certification.

GDS experience in Amadeus or Sabre

Demonstrated proficiency with Global Distribution Systems.
