Promote holiday packages, flights, hotels, cruises, tours, and travel insurance to customers.

Building customer relationships

Build relationships with customers face to face and online, managing enquiries and bookings.

Managing travel bookings

Facilitate domestic and international travel bookings and payments between travellers and suppliers.

Retail travel sales experience

Proven experience in a retail travel sales agency.

Certificate 3 in Travel

Possession of Certificate 3 in Travel or higher preferred.
