You'll be responsible for

Carrying out pickups and deliveries

Carrying out scheduled pickups and deliveries of furniture and goods as directed by the Store Manager, following all WHS and manual-handling procedures.

Providing customer service

Providing friendly, professional service as a primary point of contact for donors and customers.

Assisting with retail operations

Assisting with retail operations including sorting, pricing, moving stock, and general floor support.

Key criteria

🚚

2+ years driving experience

Experience driving commercial vehicles, preferably for furniture delivery.

Demonstrated experience in a customer-facing role.

Current QLD driver's licence

Valid licence required for operating company vehicles.
