As a Venue Support Worker, you will have the opportunity to deliver Responsible Service of Gaming training and support gaming venues in meeting regulatory requirements. Your work will play a vital role in promoting safer gambling environments and ensuring that venues can effectively identify and respond to gambling-related harm. The team values collaboration and is committed to making a positive impact in the community.

You'll be responsible for

📚

Providing training to venue staff

Deliver mandated and non-mandated face-to-face training within regulatory timeframes.
🤝

Conducting formal meetings

Support compliance with venues to ensure adherence to Responsible Gambling Codes of Conduct.
🎯

Promoting safer gambling environments

Encourage best practice harm-reduction approaches and continuous improvement within gaming venues.

Certificate IV in Training & Assessment

Possession of a valid Certificate IV in Training & Assessment.
