You'll be responsible for

Assisting with underwriting

Supporting the underwriting, marketing, execution, and syndication of transactions, ensuring smooth processes.

Preparing marketing pitches

Creating and reviewing marketing pitches, financial analyses, client presentations, and deal underwriting memos.

Supporting deal execution

Assisting colleagues in all aspects of deal execution processes for leveraged loans, high yield bonds, and private credit transactions.

5+ years in leveraged finance or investment banking.
