As the Vice President of Professional Services at Vanta, you will embark on an exciting journey to build the Professional Services function from the ground up. This job is pivotal in driving measurable outcomes for customers and enhancing their experience with Vanta's trust platform. You'll be responsible for

Establishing the practice

Defining and building Vanta's Professional Services function from the ground up, establishing delivery methodology, service offerings, pricing model, and team structure.

Leading the team

Hiring, developing, and leading a high-performing team while serving as the executive escalation point for complex or strategic customer engagements.

Owning revenue and delivery

Growing a new Professional Services revenue line, including scoping, SOW negotiation, and services bookings across all customer segments.
