You'll be responsible for

Conducting impactful store visits
Evaluate performance and motivate Regional Managers through regular store visits.📞
Keeping the team aligned
Facilitate daily morning calls, action plans, and one-on-one coaching sessions to ensure clear communication.⚙️
Maximising productivity
