This job is about joining a collaborative team dedicated to delivering injury management and wellbeing support. You'll be responsible for

Managing injury management and return-to-work processes

Guide team members through recovery with empathy while coaching leaders, liaising with insurers and medical providers, and maintaining accurate, compliant case management
🌱

Driving wellbeing programs and initiatives

Deliver engaging initiatives, create communications, coordinate workshops and mental health programs, and partner with stakeholders to build a strong wellbeing culture
📊

Overseeing data, reporting, and compliance

Maintain accurate records, generate insights to drive continuous improvement, and ensure adherence to workplace health, safety, and injury management legislation
