Leading WHS initiatives
Taking the lead on WHS across the facility and working closely with the National Safety Team and Executive Team to foster a proactive safety culture.📋
Embedding safety management systems
Embedding and maintaining the Ramsay safety management system, templates, and documentation to ensure compliance and safety.🔍
Conducting risk assessments
Conducting risk assessments, site audits, and workplace safety training to promote a safe working environment.Key criteria

Tertiary qualifications in WHS
Possession of a minimum Certificate IV in Work Health and Safety.View

Experience in health sector WHS
Proven experience in Work Health and Safety within healthcare settings.View
